My son Caleb stared Therapy when he was in 7th grade and ended in the beginning of 8th grade. Talk about a HUGE change, he struggled with reading and writing and math. Now he is a sophomore in HS and has had one of the best academic years ever, He has won an academic award from the Kiwanis & He has played football and wrestled better. I am so thankful we could get him the help he needed, even though he didn't always like doing the therapy. It truly has made a difference in his school years!!
We followed Dr. Carter from the CP office and I'm so excited that she opened her own office. It's really helped to understand what my son is dealing with and to have a way to help him. I look forward to continuing therapy so he can continue to make progress at school and at home.
Incredibly helpful to our family! The therapy my son has been receiving has made noticeable differences in his ability to concentrate, read, do his schoolwork, etc. It has helped to decrease anxiety! The staff is fantastic, accommodating, knowledgeable and friendly. We truly look forward to the weekly appointment! I would encourage anyone who has a child that is struggling with concentration, reading, etc. to go through an initial testing process to see if perhaps vision therapy would be beneficial.
