I absolutely love this place! They are quick to make appointments and work with your schedule. Also they always say roughly 2 weeks to receive your new glasses, but it usually is about a week! They are absolutely amazing and listen to all your concerns.
Not a bad place very clean and professional establishment ,never would of thought if you seen the outside of the building, took a little longer than expected to get the glasses and had to wait when to pick them up , they need more staff always waiting when you call and stop by. But by far the best eye glass center on Owosso.
I tried to make an appointment at a different vision center, but they didn't take my insurance and referred me to InSight. I'm really glad my daughter and I ended up going here because it was probably the best experience I've ever had with an eye exam. The office staff was helpful and friendly, and Dr DeMeritt was very patient with my daughter (who was a little scared of the eye drops for dilation and kind of had to be forced to do them, lol) and overall was warm and welcoming. I love it but my glasses were stolen and I don't have 60 bucks for replacement I only have a part time job and medicaid PLEASE HELP ME WITH A PAYMENT PLAN I CAN PAY LIKE 15 BUCKS A MONTH TIL I PAY IT OFF

InSight Vision Center has always had my business since the first time I was in there a year ago but after this last trip in they have gone above and beyond to help me find a good pair of shooting glasses. They've made call after call and fitting different pairs for me to finally get me a great pair! If you're looking for a top notch optometrist and staff look no further than InSight Vision Center. They have a customer for life in me! Thanks for all the help!
