My experience with this company has been quite unprofessional and disappointing. I was informed before my appointment that my therapist was no longer available in a very short message lacking empathy or understanding. Even though I was pointed towards another therapist I have lost trust in this establishment. I feel so very fortunate to have encountered Insight Therapy. My therapist, Celeste Ainsley, is understanding, patient and really listens with an open mind and heart. Celeste gives profound feedback that is thought provoking that helps me to understand the depth of my experiences and emotions. Luisa Martinez Cruz has truly helped save my marriage. She taught my spouse and me how to communicate better, listen with understanding, and respect each other’s perspectives. I had a wonderful and life changing experience with Insight. The representative paired me with the perfect therapist for my needs. My therapist, Simone, helped me with generational issues that I feel can help me through my future endeavors. I am grateful for my sessions and the work it took to get to this point. If you are tired of being tired, I highly recommend giving this place a chance with an open heart and mind.
