Bob Jones and his team are beyond professionals. Our daughter had her ears pierced by Bob and did not shed one tear. The staff was very knowledgeable, the shop is immaculate. Bob was not in a hurry and gave her the time she needed to be ready and ask questions. It was the best experience for our daughter. Don’t let the line scare you, it’s totally worth it! She even said she would do it again as soon as we left....We will be back!

Amazing studio! Very clean, friendly and informative staff, and supportive of animal rescues - what more can you ask for? I received a double ear piercing from Bob. He was fantastic! Helped me feel at ease and took the time to make sure I was happy with the process. Will be going back for future tattoos and piercings. Thanks Insight!
Kelly is great. I go to him for all my tattoos, I highly recommend him and Insight!
Ryan's work is amazing. I drive 1 hour and 20 minutes from indiana to come to insight studios. All the artist do great work but Ryan's my guy. Studio always very sterile and spotless. Very professional and always cool tunes being played.
