The wait was really long, I got consulted right away and still waited an hour to actually get my tattoo. The tattoo was good quality but overpriced for the size and shape, but overall the place is clean, staff is nice, quality is good!

Absolutely perfect. Medical grade cleanliness and Sesame Street grade friendliness. Seriously I am overjoyed that I found this place (okay, I didn't find it, 3 people highly recommended it to me). I will be coming back for all future piercings and tattoos, I am absolutely over the moon for how well managed and kept this place is. You will not find any grime anywhere, and the folks could not be more kind and friendly and patient and approachable! I got my PA here, and had a wonderful experience.
Hindsight to take it off Insight to create new art! I had an exceptional experience and I'd recommend this location to anyone!
I was only there for a consultation. I'm getting my first tattoo on Tuesday, but my artist, Wendell, is amazing - brilliant artist, extremely excellent communicator, and very courteous as well. The staff on duty all were very attentive to their respective customers, and young lady at the main desk was attentive to me immediately when I walked in and very polite. I may update this after my ink, but my experience so far has been great. (I've heard that Insight is pricey, but I'm willing to pay more for this kind of experience ... read more
