didnt get what i asked for at all. highly unprofessional and not educated in all hair types clearly. i have frizzy poofy hair with some shrinkage and she did a wet cut, just breezed right into and started chopping as if my hair meant nothing. i guess to her it didnt, but to me it meant a lot and now i am missing 50% more hair than i wanted. i also said that my bangs were feeling too heavy, what did she do? she added more bangs. also left about three inches of a random chunk at the end of my head, not sure what the logic was ... read more
I was very nervous today as I never been to a salon. but it was time and I messed up my hair and I needed help. Sahara was amazing very kind and very informative. It wasn’t easy, but Sahara made my hair look so beautiful. I highly recommend.
I brought my mom here for a haircut, she hadn’t had one in many years and was very nervous about the cut. Braela was very kind, understanding, and patient with her. She had some special requests and Braela was friendly, encouraging and accommodating about everything. I really couldn’t have asked for a better person or place to bring my mom for this big change. It was a very big change for her and she was so anxious about it and Braela and Mercedes were just wonderful with her.
My friend recently visited your salon and I’m disappointed with the outcome. I wasn’t happy with the hair color that she got, it didn’t turn out as discussed, and I expected a more professional outcome for the price. I hope this feedback helps improve future experiences for other clients, and I’m also never coming here again!!
I wouldn’t even recommend this to my enemies. This place is so unprofessional. My sister went here yesterday for hair color, she showed a picture of what she wanted . Told the lady that she had box dye her hair before , the lady said she will be able to give my sister the color she wanted . My sister wanted brown , they gave her a blonde. Mind you my sister paid more than $450 for this service and got opposite of what she asked for . She asked for half of refund back and they completely ignored it .
