Great staff and ammenities
Insight has been a wonderful means of transitioning from being at an In-patient facility to "the world." The staff are all welcoming, kind, and knowledgeable. All, to my knowledge, have firsthand experience, which gives them all great empathy and compassion, and the ability to spot your bs and call you on it. The groups are invaluable - and include not just group therapy types, but accupuncture/meditation, yoga, and nutrition. We've become each others' support and cheerleaders.
