I don't recommend Brook as agent for either buyer or seller. He was seller's agent for the property we purchased in El Dorado Hills. He and the seller failed to disclose the stucco leak problem. We had flooding issue downstairs, and I contacted Brook and asked him to check with the seller if the original home owner did something for south-facing side of property, they responded nothing they were aware of.
