I'm very frustrated and disappointed with our experience at the Stafford office. My son had an evaluation with Katherine Orgeron over a month ago. My husband and I both called about a week after the evaluation to add additional information and to request that she get his teachers' input (she originally said she didn't need it, but I feel like that's an important component and should have been included). STAY AWAY. This place will 100% double charge you for 1 visit and then not give you the results. My son went here over a month ago for an evaluation and still haven't heard anything. When we call the receptionist says they have someone call us in 24 hours. Well that hasn't happened. Go somewhere else and steer clear from these crooks.
I waited entirely too long to post this. Dr. Shaw and Mr. Stephen Combs literally saved my life. Unlike a lot of folks on here who want to self-diagnose and then get upset at the professionals for actually doing their jobs, I went in desperate with an open mind and focus on knowing what is wrong with me so I can get better. I've been on the waiting list for 6 months. When it was my turn on the waiting list, it was then they informed me that they do not accept Medicaid. A complete waste of my time when I could have been on other waitlists. **Response: I HAVE Sentara, you still told me that you didn't accept it and yes it was definitely Insight.
We had our son evaluated here due to behavioral issues. He masks incredibly well in front of people who aren't family. The conclusion of his evaluation made NO sense for our now 7 year old (then 5/6) and our pediatrician also disagrees with the diagnosis.
