Noel is an incredible counselor, warm, intuitive, and skilled at helping me understand my thoughts and emotions in a way that finally makes sense. She listens deeply, reflects with real insight, and gives practical tools that make an immediate difference in my mental health. The office itself is also wonderful. I was blessed to have Noel as my therapist! She listened and did not judge in anyway! She made me feel so comfortable baring my soul to her! She was instrumental in teaching me coping skills! Encouraging me to embrace my demons so I could rid them from my life! I did not realize how deep things could be buried and ignored when you continuously push them down in order not to face the ugly things! I feel so relax at this office. The staff is so caring and respectful. Ms. Patricia is our counselor and I feel very comfortable with her. Hopefully we will meet our goal for our family member to get better.
Brittany was so warm and welcoming and really invested in helping my daughter. I highly recommend her and her approach to mental health.
