Insight Property has been handling our rental for 1 year now and they have done an amazing job! When we decided to rent our house Christopher explained how they work and what services they provide. I have been working with Chris and his team for over 5 years now. Chris has always been extremely professional, communication is superb, is always friendly and gets the job done! The team he works with is always prompt and friendly as well. They are a great group of professionals and without a doubt, I would recommend working with Chris, and his team, anytime you need to rent or buy a property.
Applications fee scam. The company uses low house listing prices to lure in applicants. The company takes application fees and doesn’t even run a credit check. Scamming people out of money and leaving then with nothing. BEWARE.
I just moved in mid-January and I am extremely pleased! Insight quickly scheduled maintenance for the few small issues that needed attention, and everything works great now! Ronica and Teri are easy to work with and always a pleasure to correspond with. Insight’s main maintenance man Jaime is excellent, very knowledgeable, cheerful, and always happy to help.
