Wish I had seen these reviews earlier. I was prescribed a medication that made me so much worse and I can’t get a call back. I had to stop taking it and will be looking for a new therapist. The building was completely empty when I came in for my first appointment too, I thought they were closed.
Went to them via telehealth through Cigna. I provided updated insurance info over phone, they never updated it, billed the wrong insurance and then me, for the full amount. I attempted to call and email to get them the correct info again, no answer, no return email. But now, a year later, I’m receiving a debt collection notice for this bill that they can’t seem to respond to me about that is covered under the insurance I had at the time. I have asked repeatedly for a itemized bill for close to 8 months with no results. They seem to enjoy misleading people about sending them this type of information. I can only assume they will not send it because they are possible committing insurance fraud. Today I will file an official complaint with the State Corporation Commission (SCC), specifically its Bureau of Insurance. Maybe then I can get an itemized bill to see what I have been charged for.
