I have had Greenix for a year now. The people who treat are very friendly but you can never reach anyone at the office if you have questions or need to reschedule. They do not have set dates that they come out so you never know when they are coming. You just receive a text saying they are on their way. It has been a year and I still have problems with fleas, ants and spiders. In my opinion, if I pay $1000/year I should see better results. If things go well, I guess they can be okay. If there are any issues, they disappear. Charge for services that are never performed and then disappear when looking for a refund. Terrible.

Very professional, showed up to my property ready to help us out with a nasty yellow jacket infestation near our back door. They informed us of everything we needed, and said to not hesitate to call if the yellow jackets are still an issue after a couple of days.
