I would give negative stars if there is an option. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with, PLEASE DO NOT SIGN ANY CONTRACT WITH THEM. They rip their customers off. I keep getting bills even after I canceled my service, almost two years ago now. I do not know why they exist. They have now been bought by Terminix and they are also scam. No one seems to help to resolve this problem. This company is a scam and do not go with then for any service. Please do yourself a favor and find a different provider.
Been using Insight services for over a year and very satisfied. Terry King is great technician and does a great job!
People stay away from this companie. They rate themselves with 5 stars every time they respond to review. They got us in a 1 contract not even explain everything everything. We canceled the contract and then they send us a bill of 220$ promotional discount fee. Bad costumer services.
Promised at getting rid of ants and bee's nests. Well, still have the ants and they must have not got down any as there are no fewer than 5.
I had a great experience with Jacob. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable.
