Knowledge on insects We are grateful you sent someone out promptly to help us with an ant problem which was between regularly scheduled treatments. Your staff is always so helpful and knowledgeable about insects and their patterns of behavior. Great job!
The 30 days follow up technique My most recent experience was great, specifically because the technician provided details about the 30 days follow up treatment and how it is really the barrier treatment (as opposed to the first treatment which he deemed the flush out treatment), which was great to know.
I like the Insight Team!! Very professional and courteous! They arrive on time and do their work professionally and generously.
Immediate action Very professional. Covers all the bases. If pests appear after the treatment they are readily available to address the occasional issue
