Very professional, friendly and informative! He put on booties at the porch. He listened to us and then got to work. Sokchea is our regular guy that comes quarterly. We had ants in the kitchen so we called and he came out right away. Very good job we really like him! The price we pay is quarterly. No extra charge for the ants. Happy with Insight and will refer to friends and family.

First time user, I received a quote from a different company and called Insight Pest Control to get a second opinion/quote. I spoke with Luke who was able to answer all my questions, and schedule next day service. Luke was very informative and professional. Brodie was my Tech, he called first, was ahead of schedule, came in and took care of all my needs in a very timely manor. Heather was very knoweldgeable and friendly. Answered all my questions and explained the services rendered. Primarily got service for ants. We will see how effective it is, but impressed with pricing and subscription based offerings so far. They also treated for mice, box elder bugs and moles. Good pricing and they came out next day.

Very happy with the speed at which they were able to arrive. Mike H came and serviced the house and he was very professional and kind. He answered all questions and concerns I had about the small pets I own, reassuring me that they would not have any side effects from the treatment. Would definitely recommend.
