Mike H was out today for our quarterly service and he took great care of us! My kids had all kinds of questions and he was so patient with them and answered every single one. He even brought them some little bug traps to set up inside for a summer experiment- they were thrilled! We’ve had Insight for 5+ years and always receive professional and thorough service. Terry, our usual technician, deserves a 5 star shout out too!
Insight had been a great company to work with so far, they communicated everything over the phone to get me started and my first visit from Heather was a great experience. Heather explained everything that was going to get done and what to expect. I would recommend insight pest solutions to anyone that needed them.
Tech Greg did a great job. He not only did our usual quarterly pest control maintenance, but suggested treating for moles that were about to break ground. Insight has done a super job keeping our house pest and bug free. Their customer service has been excellent and they are always available by phone, email or text. We highly recommend their service!
Aiden was very thorough and knowledgable! I called today and was happy they were able to service my house the same day as me asking for a quote. I’m already impressed with their customer service and efficiency.
Mike H. recently serviced our home. He was punctual, kind, and communicated what he would do despite us having the service for a few months now. He replaced all of the traps within our home and knocked down the hornets nests that were even too tall for our exnteded ladder. Thanks Mike!
