Mike H was out today for our quarterly service and he took great care of us! My kids had all kinds of questions and he was so patient with them and answered every single one. He even brought them some little bug traps to set up inside for a summer experiment- they were thrilled! We’ve had Insight for 5+ years and always receive professional and thorough service. Terry, our usual technician, deserves a 5 star shout out too!
Mike did a great job removing a hornet nest from our property. He was friendly, professional, and quick. You can tell he has a lot of experience and knows what he’s doing. The whole visit was easy and stress-free. I’d definitely request Mike again and highly recommend him!
Tech Greg did a great job. He not only did our usual quarterly pest control maintenance, but suggested treating for moles that were about to break ground. Insight has done a super job keeping our house pest and bug free. Their customer service has been excellent and they are always available by phone, email or text. We highly recommend their service!
Since removing a bees nest that was inside my house, between floors, I have always had terrific service. Today Sokchea was the technician. Again a great job with alot of professional attitude.
