SCAM! If I could give zero stars, I would. Do not fall for this place! We were told the genetic service would cost $350 and ended up being billed $3800, none covered by insurance. We were very clear in asking what the total cost would be and the woman explain around $350. I have the zoom/telemed call recorded and will be pursing legal action. Please DO NOT fall for this illegal practice. How are you in business? This establishment should be shutdown for lying to patients. I urge you not to use Insight Medical Genetics!
Horrible experience with ultrasound tech who treated me and my husband poorly due to race. Terrible billing problems. I would avoid this place and try a different provider :( Spoke with Kerry from billing who proceeding to scream at me that I'm a liar. I've never dealt with such horribly behaved seniors working in customer service!
Referred here through our hospital and going to cost us over $4,000 between my wife and I. Seemed professional while visiting, but as soon as you leave -everything changes. All billing info i was was told during visit was a complete lie and very misleading. Similar to below comments, i was told max $350 but maybe $250 if insurance covers it. Horrible experience. They double billed me, and are very deceptive. I’ll be filing with the better business bureau as well as the state to audit their practice and services. They need to be stripped of their CLIA
Don't ever use this company. They don't explain charges to you and then hide fees. They scam you into paying a lot more than what you are led to believe. We called them to talk about the charges and they were insulting and attacked us personally before hanging up the phone.
