Nurse & doctors very respectful but the janitor too friendly for him not to be doing his job. All he do is take out the trash he don't wipe down the medical beds. Had me lay on a pissy hospital bed because he's too lazy to wipe down the bed and put soap in the rooms.

When i say the bed side manner I received from Valerie and Med student Raul was remarkable. Honestly this ER department is fast, professional and actually care. I sat in the university of Chicago for over 12 hours that I gave up and left. Here they are very caring and move with urgency no matter the degree of the illness.

I came out of town for a funeral got terribly sick and my children accompanied me. I googled a hospital and Insight Hospital & Medical center Chicago popped up. When I say from beginning to end, this has been the best hospital I been to in awhile, my nurse Chloe and DR Valerie treated me with care. Dignity and respect throughout my visit. I am truly

The absolute worst emergency room in the city of Chicago. It’s in the waiting room 12 hours prior to being admitted. There is no continuity of care. Every doctor nurse will come and ask you the exact same question that you answered 10 times before. I would advise my entire family and everyone I know to never go to Northwestern Memorial Hospital emergency room. It is embarrassing that A Hospital that is so well known in regarded is a complete chaotic mess.

Valerie was wonderful and sweet. Great service. Within 5 minutes of explaining my issue, object was stuck in my ear, it was removed and I could hear better. Grateful for her kindness and experience.
