Can't speak for other services but the inpatient psychiatric ward is the best I've been to and other patients have said the same. The clinicians and staff are almost all friendly and genuinely seem to care. They don't treat you like an inmate and I can say my mental health was better for it. I had good experiences during follow-up appointments as well and got to talk to a few other clinicians, who were also caring and not dismissive. If I had to go inpatient again, I'd no doubt choose to come here.

Spent 3 1/2 hours in the outpatient room waiting to see the doctor (still waiting). Took X-rays without divulging critical diagnosis that was imperative to the procedure. “Please knock if you need assistance” (written on the door) is a scam, save your energy for walking out of this hospital. We can hear you in your chair on the other side of the door. The men’s room door would not lock and the stall had no knob to latch the door. Why are the nurses so argumentative? I am trying to explain that I don't want my blood pressure medicine before dialysis because it will drop my pressure too low. Simple to understand, but they want to argue with me anyway. Where they do that at!? They definitely do NOT listen to the patient.

So today I went in for an earache and was told by one of the nurses that it wasn’t an emergency that normally they send you straight to an ear specialist but she went ahead and did the washing of both of my ears pretty good as a start. She gave me some drops to help move the wax around as well. I’m going see about following up with a specialist.

They were so friendly and calmed me down extremely. I was cared for and treated amazing. The government need to fix this Hospital seriously. They have great staff and doctors and nurses and radiology and the whole team in general were just great. From the time I checked into the emergency room until the time I left. Thank you guys. Especially my nurse Cindy and the doctor and the young lady who took my X-ray and the young man who had to do my ECG . Great job guys.
