Spent 3 1/2 hours in the outpatient room waiting to see the doctor (still waiting). Took X-rays without divulging critical diagnosis that was imperative to the procedure. “Please knock if you need assistance” (written on the door) is a scam, save your energy for walking out of this hospital. We can hear you in your chair on the other side of the door. The men’s room door would not lock and the stall had no knob to latch the door. They were so friendly and calmed me down extremely. I was cared for and treated amazing. The government need to fix this Hospital seriously. They have great staff and doctors and nurses and radiology and the whole team in general were just great. From the time I checked into the emergency room until the time I left. Thank you guys. Especially my nurse Cindy and the doctor and the young lady who took my X-ray and the young man who had to do my ECG . Great job guys.

I can't believe I was brought here at around 5 pm today by ambulance due to my deteriorating health from continued GI ulcer management. After being ignored for two hours, I was told by attending ED doc that they were working on getting me transferred my doctors over at NMH downtown. Just a bit later she returned to the room to tell me I would not be transferred due to my labs not standing out as abnormal. My family brought me here as apposed to a larger closer hospital because they have an urgent care. From the moment I enter the emergency room, everyone gave me immediate care. Dr J.Linn, quick knowledgeable and efficient . Dr Elakil, the spine (was so very nice) ,Dr. Dr N.J.Patel, she was great. Every nurse, Lucie, Sienna, everyone whose name I got wrong or spelling that was incorrect, I am sorry. The Medical Records person, Ciara Avery. I could not ask for better care. In that situation. If I could have this hospital 🏥 0 stars I would! This has been thee absolute worse experience I've ever had in a hospital! I was brought in via ambulance 🚑 at 12pm. I came in with a severe headache and chest pains. It's now been damn near 5 hours and I have not gotten any pain meds or anything! This hospital needs to be shut down for sure!!!!!!! 😡😡
