Home inspectors are scammers. All that they do is visually check things. The buyers can do that. They flagged a toilet saying the a plumber needed to check it when the valve was just turned off. They don't consult with the home owners so they are flagging things that were intentionally changed by the owner and the inspectors doesn't understand that which shows that they are inept.

Do NOT use this inspector! Within 2 months of living in our home, we have found mold, termites (visible to the eye by our painters), multiple plumbing and electrical issues. The plumbers and electricians we have had here have been shocked that this many issues were not reported. We continue to uncover more and more issues that we should have known about in the home inspection. I’ve purchased multiple homes and have never had an experience so negative and shocking.

We hired Greg to inspect our home before purchasing, we were buying sight unseen so we were relying on a good report. We slowly keep discovering things that should have been mentioned but were not. The electrical to our dryer and AC constantly fluctuate which renders them useless until we can get it fixed, the fence in our backyard was completely destroyed (been like that for years, there were trees growing through it.)
