Steve did my home inspection and is lazy to say the least. Don’t waste your time or money and be sure to go with another inspector that will actually do a thorough job inspecting your home. I have tried reaching back out for him to come to my home to look at things he missed and he won’t get back in touch with me. Tells you all you need to know
I had Steve Owens inspect my home prior to purchase. He missed several issues with the house. The biggest thing is a basement that floods regularly. I have since had professionals come out to look at it and was told the basement had never been sealed properly in the crawl space.
