If you want the best bread in town you don't go to the grocery store, you go to the bakery. Same goes with glass why pay someone to go to a glass blower and resell you a bong when you can go to the glass blower him/her self and pick for yourself out of their collection or just get a perfect custom piece. Any wait time is nothing compared to going back and forth between shops trying to find the perfect thing and then ultimately settle on something you wish you didn't get. Not very good customer service. I recommend going to the glass shops downtown instead of these guys, they're far more helpful and friendly
