The schedule worked great. The estimate was exactly what I paid. Estimater was on time, installer was on time and fast. The whole process went smoothly. I will keep their name handy for the future.
I CONTACTED 14 different glass companies for the same exact window. 3 from Home Advisor, 4 from angieslist and 7 through google search. I got for the same exact window as high as $796 and as low as $397. the lowest rate by far was from Insight Glass in Tacoma. They were on time and did replace the old foggy double pane insulated glass professionally. If I WAS NOT SHOPPING , I COULD HAVE PAID $400 MORE FOR THE SAME EXACT GLASS. From the initial phone call to the finished product, this was a very pleasant experience. I am very pleased with my new window and enjoyed the friendliness and professionalism of the installers.
It was a wonderful experience having Insight glass install all my windows. They were professional, courteous, friendly and above all very reasonable on the price. I would highly recommend them to anyone and would also hire them again if I ever needed new windows or slider glass panels.
Arrived, to the minute, on the scheduled time. Willing to work with the home owner on special installation requirements. Would call them back, in a minute, for any additional work!
They were here when promised, and install the window and left with no mess. They were very friendly. The window matches perfectly. I would recommend this company and will use them again if needed
