They came out to give a bid the same day I called and replaced the shattered window in 4 days. Neiman Glass of Federal Way couldn't come out for 3 weeks! Awesome service. Timely, courteous workers.

On time fast and friendly and quality.
They came for a estimate ordered the glass and came on Friday to install cleaned up washed the glass. Great service thanks for your help. Would use them again even repaired one window for free.
Once I decided to use them to replace my patio sliding door glass, they sent an estimator out quickly, gave me a reasonable estimate, so I hired them. On the install day, there was a delay from an AM appointment to afternoon, but otherwise everything was high quality. The installer also adjusted my latch without any additional cost. I would use them again.
They have amazing customer service! We talked through the types of glass (low e vs. clear) in the different rooms. They were prompt and left no mess. After everything was put away, they pulled their tall, extended ladder out of their vehicle, to wipe a smudge off the upstairs window before leaving. Thank you!
