RecommendedCouldn’t be happier with Dr Belanger and her staff. She has been great with my children and very engaging.
Very upset with the inexperience of the staff at this location, do not put staff at the front with no help if they are unfamiliar with insurance, billing, and order forms for glasses. Two people at the office, so we waited for questions to be answered by someone who shouldn’t be on her own during a training period. On top of that, for being a pediatric facility, the patience is lacking by the doctor herself. Dr. Belanger & her staff are extremely warm & welcoming. You get personalized treatment & attention being a patient in a smaller practice. Dr. Belanger is extremely knowledgeable & you can only benefit from that. I’ve had extremely dry eyes for years due to medical conditions & medications. Dr. B explained to me, in detail, the layers surrounding the eyes, what’s wrong with mine, what we can expect from treatment, etc. She’s extremely diligent on trying to find the right treatment for my “special” eyes. 😁 I see about eight ... read more
very comfotable and professional. very knowlegeable staff!
I was able to walk in and get my eyes examined and the Dr was extremely thorough explaining everything I needed. She also took very good care of my Two year old during her visit. I will recommend her to my friends in the area. Very personable and warm business establishment.
