Wouldn't go to any other eye care office!! The building is new and beautiful BUT the same friendly professional staff fill this new space. They are the strong competent staff holding the walls up. Thank you for always getting me in when I come to town.
Had my annual exam yesterday in the new location. I tried to call because I was running late and kept getting the after hours recording when I called, I left a message. When I showed up they apologized because they had turned it on while they were doing the ribbon cutting. I was worried that I wouldn't be seen because I was 15 minutes late but they checked with Dr Hobbs and he said absolutely he would still see me. I was so grateful! Everyone was happy and nice.

Great staff, but a little dissapointed that the waiting area wasn't kid friendly. Their previous location had an area for kids with toys, etc. At their new location....nothing. I'm not sure how hard it would be to print off coloring pages, have crayons, books, even a kids table. Wish I would have known that ahead of time. Guess I expected the same, if not better than the previous location. Definitely NOT kid friendly.
We recently switched over to Insight, as my oldest needed glasses and contacts. Dr. Hobbs is wonderful with her, and is efficient and friendly. I highly recommend Insight.
Love this place! Great staff very knowledgeable kind and helpful! The only place I'll ever go!
Love these people...I would never go anywhere else and trusting someone with your eyes is massive!!!!
