I had a great experience at InSight Eye care. The staff was amazing, very friendly and helpful. The Doctor was warm and took me through the entire process making me feel comfortable.
Called wednesday to schedule an eye appointment and they informed me they had an opening that friday for 11am which worked great for the plans i already had for that day. I got there 10:55am and was greeted and checked in. about 15 minutes later i was given paper work to fill out per usual. another 15 minutes go by and it is now getting close to the other plans i had so i kindly ask the front desk if i could reschedule as i was supposed to be seen 30 minutes ago and they informed me my appointment wasn’t until 11:40 when the... read more
Dr is sweet but ordered wrong prescription on my new contacts. they ordered old prescription. Went back to get this straightened out and front desk was so rude and acted out out. Even arguing with me that i was wrong and was not allowed to speak to dr. So unfortunately i will be finding a new place even tho i have been going there for years. But definitely need to get rid of at least the guy in front or teach him customer service
Wonderful office! Staff is kind and helpful and my experience was good. Dr. Jennifer Barondes was great and very personable.
