UPDATE: I picked up my "width adjusted" lenses today. Sunny was right! The wider area of magnification is perfect! Thank you Insight EyeCare – Cibolo, Texas! End of year eye exam and new prescription glasses were handled seamlessly. Now, when doing a project requiring me to reach with both arms slightly to my side, head turned to the opposite side, to see my hands, I am not able to focus my corrective lenses. From the staff to the Dr. everything was absolutely amazing. Their attention and care are 5 stars. I was a little scared too with some blurry vision and the Dr. was very patient and understanding with me about it and reassured me everything looks good.

The scheduling and exam was fast. I came back to order and purchase glasses. I was told two weeks. It's been three weeks and I have not heard anything back. I called today and was told they are at the lab and will be at least another week. I asked for a reason for the delay and was told the person to answer that is not in today. I also asked for that person to call me when available. Four days later I have not received a call.
