They are pretty rude there!!! I had to call and beg for a contact after I lost one. They told me I’ve already had a few trial pairs so I had to order them. I’ve had one trial pair??? 🤷♀️ so obviously they don’t know what they are talking about. Ordered the contacts and they are in now but I will not be going back. I’d rather go somewhere else or order them online next time!!!!
Dark haired lady at the desk was super rude! Not to mention very unproffessional...overheard her being rude to a customer on the phone & continuing to talk to another associate about the person! My daughter was there for eye glass & contact exam...they never added on the contact exam! So my daughter was very upset! Definitely will be going somewhere else next time where they know how to do their job!
