I had been going to Dr Ames since I was 14 and I had seen both Richard & Ryan....now I am 40 and they no longer except my insurance. I wish you would reconsider. You have a great selection in glasses and I would love to come back..... Thanks for all the great years of service!

Thank you for the kind words. We love having you as a patient. Unfortunately we did have to drop a vision discount plan last year. To be honest, they simply made it too difficult to care for our patients at the level we choose to. The company required such deep discounts we could not offer the quality we insist upon. Their response was that we needed to raise all our prices so that after the discount that they require, we would still be profitable. I think the quality of care I receive at Insight Eye Care is the best! I especially find it helpful to use the portable hearing loop so I can better communicate with Dr. Ames and the staff. Thank you to all who utilize this assistive device. It proves you are willing to "go the extra mile" to make your office more accessible to people with a hearing loss.
