Isn’t accepting new clients
The counselors at insight are caring and compassionate. They listen, and truly care about their clients. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
I was seen here for a total on three months and 2 different therapists. The first one cancelled on me so many times that I only had one session in over a month. The second one cancelled on me THREE times WITHIN an hour, to where I am on my way and I have rearranged my whole day just to be cancelled on. I am required to give 24 hours notice if I can’t make it, but it’s completely okay to cancel within <1 hour for them. Absolutely unprofessional and zero regards for the patients or their time. Go elsewhere.
I tried calling Friday to find out they were closed. Then I tried calling Monday 3 times to get voicemail 3 times and I couldn’t leave a message because there voice mailbox was full. I tried the text message service they offer and no response. I tried calling again Tuesday morning and same thing voice mailbox with mailbox full. If there is an issue and they can’t get to the people trying to get in contact with them they need to put it on there voicemail or pay for an answering service.
