We had problems with the video and sound's but he called my phone and everything was fine

I found the office of Dr Franke to be welcoming, and professional. There was no waiting to be seen, and Dr. Franke was very warm and welcoming. The office was clean and comfortable! The staff was friendly and explained everything. I would recommend this office in a heartbeat.
I had a psychological evaluation with Dr. Franke at Insight yesterday, and it was an excellent experience. He was extremely kind, patient, and easy to talk to, which made the entire appointment comfortable and stress-free. The receptionist was just as friendly and helpful, and honestly every staff member I’ve met at Insight has been amazing. Their professionalism and compassion consistently make a difficult situation feel manageable. Highly recommend.
