My HUGE ISSUE WITH INSIGHT? Their "Answering Service" is OUTSOURCED TO INDIA!! YOU CANNOT CALL THE OFFICE DIRECTLY! So much gets lost in translation, meds refills take WEEKS INSTEAD OF HOURS. THIS IS PATENTLY RIDICULOUS! As a "Mental Healthcare Provider" HELP IS NOT IMMEDIATE OR EVEN WITHIN A NORMAL TIMETABLE!
I'm a patient of an amazing DO here at IBH, but as for Insight Behavioral Health, they are the absolute worst. I wouldn't even give them 1 star if it were possible. Patients with mental health issues being met with rude and condescending comments and questions, is absolutely unacceptable. Kindness and empathy should be your number one focus when patients, or future patients, contact your office seeking help.
