I'm a patient of an amazing DO here at IBH, but as for Insight Behavioral Health, they are the absolute worst. I wouldn't even give them 1 star if it were possible. Patients with mental health issues being met with rude and condescending comments and questions, is absolutely unacceptable. Kindness and empathy should be your number one focus when patients, or future patients, contact your office seeking help. Staff was very pleasant.
I found the office of Dr Franke to be welcoming, and professional. There was no waiting to be seen, and Dr. Franke was very warm and welcoming. The office was clean and comfortable! The staff was friendly and explained everything. I would recommend this office in a heartbeat.
