Insight is a great facility. It's had it's ups and downs over the years, but have always had excellent service. I've seen Dr. Masternick for almost 10 years now and he is truly an amazing, caring person.
Dr. Frankie was very friendly. Explained everything very well. Very good at what he does
Dr. Franke was very attentive and wanted to make sure you were comfortable, not in a stressed or anxious state. Dr. explained as well as listened and his assistant, I believe intern, was very caring and patient as she performed the evaluation. Dr. Franke checked in during a break to make sure all was going well.
