I ordered a shoe from the web site and unfourtnatly it didn't fit. After driving 18 miles and having trouble finding the store, I discovered I left my shoes I needed to exchange at home. Melissa helped me find a better shoe and gave me a return label for my return. Melissa was kind, paitent, and helpful and I'd certainly drive 18 miles again to visit this store.
It used to be a real triathlon shop that took pride in educating customers. Sadly it's now all about the quick sale, the selling culture of a triathlon store.
Awesome place and great people to work with.
