Not helpful at all. I feel like they took my money and didn’t help me achieve any result at all. I lost a few lbs but there was no accountable for the contest I had entered, the heart monitor they gave me didn’t work and they were unprofessional at times. I would never go back to them and wish I had been able to get part of the money back that I had given since there wasn’t really anything that benefited me.

RecommendedThis is the first time I have been able to lose more than ten lbs. on any diet or weight-loss program. Today, I was able to wear some clothes I had in storage for at least ten years, size medium to large, which is way better than the XL to 1 or 2XL that I was wearing recently. Everyone at InShapeMD is so friendly and helpful and I am so grateful I gave them a chance! I highly recommend them and will post another review after I lose 30 more lbs.
