We purchased a vehicle from this dealership, and from day one the car had serious mechanical issues. We gave them multiple chances to fix the problem, and each time the vehicle was returned with the same issues or new concerns. Purchased a vehicle from anywhere but InRouteAuto. My brother recently moved to Florida and was looking for a vehicle. The manager Jay at the Kissimmee location sold him a vehicle $2,000 higher than the Kelly Blue Book and the morning after the vehicle wouldn't start. InRouteAuto intentionally hides vehicle issues and then continually denies refund requests offering to "fix" the vehicle to draw out how long customers have bought the vehicle in the hopes they give up.
