Extremely difficult to work with and will shut off your cards randomly at times, overall a very frustrating experience with them
Im leaving this bad review because the app sucks. Would not let me log in. The app is useless to me if I can't log in. Should have been simple. I deleted it. The lady inside was very nice though. I have been a member for over 25 years. I finally got my card working but not through the app like they had suggested.

Scappoose team , Elizabeth always says hi with a smile . Jenna has made going to InRoads much easier and she has been very kind assisting me through my accounts. Tiffany found the answers to the multiple issues that was associated with the passing of my wife. She is always easy to talk to. The crew at Scappoose InRoads is high on my list as friends and cannot be replaced . AI would never be on my list. What a happy place. Don't let anyone steal your joy. Fiona just wants to play in the snow.
I can’t say enough great things about Cassidy, the branch manager at the Scappoose location. I’ve worked with her on several loans over the past few years, and every experience has been outstanding. She is consistently quick, thorough, and a pleasure to work with. Each transaction and loan process has been fast, smooth, and done right the first time.
