Probably the worst business to deal with. They are unable to file Medicare or supplemental claims before sending out a bill for payment. They don’t return answers to written correspondence, do not have a FAX machine available to their employees that work from home. Evidently “Kevin” did not know or understand how to proceed with Medicare or the supplement insurance. Very incompetent and no physical address to go to in Lincoln, NE.
