Owner Stephen Chin is the best! He responded to my requests quickly, and found several units to look at from just giving him a brief idea of what I was looking for! Amazing!
We rented from this company for a little over two years. They are by FAR the worse landlords we have ever had. When there was a problem it took them days and weeks to fix them. When we had our a/c out it took 3 weeks to get a new one. In Ewa in the middle of a heat wave that is pretty miserable. The landlord Paul never offered any relief (fan, temp a/c) or anything.
