The phlebotomist who did my blood draw was exceptional; extremely kind and personable, he was also very professional. I’m often told I’m a “tough stick” but he had absolutely no trouble and accomplished the task very, very quickly and painlessly.
Michelle Alvarado, one of the NPs, is the greatest primary care provider I have had in my adult life. She is thorough, kind, personable, and is able to manage my multitude of chronic conditions without skipping a beat. She does what many of my specialists can’t- providing integrated care for myself as a whole. Absolutely terrible office, I didn't like the nurse practitioner they arbitrarily assigned me to (even though I had picked a specific doctor based on reviews) and regardless of how many times I manually switched my GP to actual DOCTORS at the practice they would just switched it back to that same nurse. One of the administrators, Levinia, was awful and gave terrible and consistently incorrect advice regarding billing and insurance coverage. She was always costing me extra money and being rude. Very disappointed! Came here for lab work from my cardiologist that was scheduled appointment month in advanced. Don't get me wrong the front desk is nice, but the phlebotomist came out saying she had no blood draws for me and this is why we don't take people who aren't our patients at this facility. She told ME to call them to find out what I need done. WHAT! So you want me to do your job for you?!? As someone who works in Healthcare it's easier to call facility to facility.
