Outstanding service from caring Professionals.
The warm reception. The reception area diid not look like a dentist office. The modern furniture very comfortable examination chair/recliner. Technology was a great use of technology to make the patient feel more comfortable , informed and to acutualy see your own teeth was very impressive .
I was very impressed! Although I originally came in for a regular checkup and cleaning, I got much more than I expected. As a first-time customer, they did a very thorough and comprehensive baseline assessment of my teeth. I really got the feeling that the orthodontists at the Reston Center of Dentistry were looking out for my best interest and for long term care.
I loved the customer sevice I received soon as I walked in the office. They treated me as if I was one of the family. And the treatment I recieived from the doctor was excellent he made me feel so comfortable and relax when he was working on me.
Everyone was professional and very friendly!
My treatment involved over three hours of work...Dr. R made sure there was no pain or discomfort. the appointment actually ran over to their lunch hour but they never rushed. Everyone at Reston Dentistry is knowledgeable, professional and most important compassionate.
Very nice, knowledgeable, gentle. I would go back.
The service was Professional, friendly, pleasant experience for my granddaughter.
