Sitting in the waiting room as I type at the Ballston Urgent Care center. The estimated weight time function on the website is not working and this has been ongoing for a bit of time (currently shows a 0 wait time). When I asked about this the women at the front desk was dismissive and surely. Additionally I was forgotten about after being brought back to be seen. The process needs some work and so does the bed side manner. In my opinion you are better off going to a CVS minute clinic
I'd give them less stars if possible. Charged me $38 for taking my temp (nothing else) and writing a prescription. I never saw the doctor or spoke with them. They are the worst doctors office around, stay away. I'll never go back again.
