Wouldn’t see me for being 16 minutes late.. one minute after their grace period- I live 45 minutes away and did my best but they had no sympathy. Also your expected to check in with a computer, if you want real human interaction from people who care- go elsewhere.
Initially refused to refill insulin prescription due to uneducated office staff, Charleen Nosar is a great but the office staff says I have to have a appointment to refill insulin when I ran out last night, refused to refill a life saving medication is just ignorant. I hope no other diabetic or person needing a prescription they depend on has to deal with their ignorance
