I had my first visit to this clinic today, and it was somewhat urgent. Initially, I had some doubts about coming here because of the clinic’s not-so-high rating and some negative reviews. Scheduling an appointment at this office is an absolute nightmare. My initial appointment was abruptly canceled because the doctor was on vacation, even though their booking system showed availability. Fine, I accepted their suggested alternative appointment, which I scheduled directly over the phone with a representative. I had the best experience with the care team during my outpatient appointment, Paul at the desk went above and bevond to helo my husband and I with our myChart questions, Nurse Yasmin was so kind and treated us both with respect and care. Dr. Wright is the best, she is the only doctor I would entrust with myself and my family's care. Seriously lacking in basic customer service over the phone. I tried to call 4 times today. Was placed on hold and hung up on with no call back and no explanation. The last time I called they didn’t even speak to me. Immediately placed me on hold and then hung up. I can understand an office being busy or being overwhelmed with calls. However, it’s very easy to explain that and say that you will call back with an answer once you’re able. Plan and simple.
My son is a patient here. He was prescribed mental health meds but missed a follow-up because.... he has mental health issues. He is in crisis and unable to be seen in the office and I am begging for help and management DOES NOT CARE.
