I called the number provided in order to schedule an appointment. The first time I called, I waited on hold (never even spoke to an individual) for nearly 9 minutes before the line got disconnected. I called back and waited on hold for 7 minutes. Must be a busy morning. The representative I spoke to was very nice and professional.
