The doctor and nurse deserve a five-star review for the excellent care they provided to my mom. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention made a difficult time much easier, and we are truly grateful for that. Excellent care for my recent hernia repair. Diagnosis confirmation to procedure was only 8 days. Smooth recovery. Excellent staff and medical professionals! Highly recommend.
The doctor and nurse deserve a five star review for their excellent care for my mom. However, the billing department is chaotic . My mom lost her insurance before her surgery and off course we applied for financial assistance and pre approved day before her surgery. However, in the day of the surgery we have told to pay $725 facility fee before the surgery even tho we are telling them she got pre approved. I recently visited the surgery center for a minor in-and-out procedure, and I have to say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Every staff member I encountered, from the nurses to the anesthesia team, was incredibly warm, comforting, and professional.
