Horrible service! Staff is rude and incompetent.
Been there many times! One of the best hospital's in VA.
Excellent care from the staff in the ER to the OR to recovery and beyond. Great care given before, during (or so I am told) and after my emergency gall bladder surgery. Someone else said it: I was treated like a VIP. Thank you!

Don't like going there the ER DOES not help with what we go in there for the only way we go there is if can't get to another hospital haven't been happy with this hospital in a long time
From the time my husband got to the ER by rescue the Dr was there in his room with in seconds. My husband was in serious pain and the Dr and staff were administering medication constantly to get the pain under control. My husband was there from 5pm till 7 am before he was transported out by rescue to another hospital. I would trust the care here any day. The nurses do not care for patients! They are here to collect a pay check. No matter how serious the emergency is you will have to wait a hour to be seen after they check you into a room ! I would consider going to Alexandria inova a few miles up the road from here !!
