I have never been treated like such a nobody in my life. Aides and nurses were rude and didn’t listen. They did things in their timing and not when the patient needed it. I listened to a patient crying while 3 nurses just sat there talking and laughing. It could take up to 1 1/2 hours for someone to answer a call bell. Just poor care and horrible customer service. I can now know never to recommend this place ever. Plus if you have a complaint you’ll never have anyone come and talk to you about them. They do know wrong.
