Stay away from anything Inova. This is basement tier medical care trying to brand themselves as high-tech or "voted best ." marketing campaigns (and even re-branding). 1. Good luck talking to anyone that isn't a bottom-rated phone management system 2. I had a scheduled MRI at the Leesburg location. Upon arrival I was told I was at the wrong location and routed to Ashburn. Upon arrival at Ashburn, I was informed that I needed to be in Leesburg as they're the only location with imaging. I had a scheduled MRI and the staff were very kind and helpful. Long, loud procedure, but they offered headphones and played anything from YT music. They even kept skipping ads for me. If was quick and painless. I was in and out in an hour with everything they were doing explained. Scheduling was easy and I did after hours (7pm) and had to enter via the ER, there was no wait and all was smooth.
I waited 5 minutes on hold to confirm an appointment and call was disconnected. I called back and someone answered after 19 minutes! Recommendation #1: Don't use automated bots to answer the phone. Recommendation #2: ANSWER THE PHONE IN PERSON! NOTE: employees can make or break a business. In my opinion this business is broken.
