I had a scheduled MRI and the staff were very kind and helpful. Long, loud procedure, but they offered headphones and played anything from YT music. They even kept skipping ads for me. If was quick and painless. I was in and out in an hour with everything they were doing explained. Scheduling was easy and I did after hours (7pm) and had to enter via the ER, there was no wait and all was smooth.
I waited 5 minutes on hold to confirm an appointment and call was disconnected. I called back and someone answered after 19 minutes! Recommendation #1: Don't use automated bots to answer the phone. Recommendation #2: ANSWER THE PHONE IN PERSON! NOTE: employees can make or break a business. In my opinion this business is broken.
Bad hostipal
The virtual appointment scheduler they require you to use to make or cancel appointments absolutely does not work at all. It is so frustrating!
