I waited 5 minutes on hold to confirm an appointment and call was disconnected. I called back and someone answered after 19 minutes! Recommendation #1: Don't use automated bots to answer the phone. Recommendation #2: ANSWER THE PHONE IN PERSON! NOTE: employees can make or break a business. In my opinion this business is broken.
Bad hostipal
The virtual appointment scheduler they require you to use to make or cancel appointments absolutely does not work at all. It is so frustrating!
I had a really disappointing experience here. I greeted the older white woman at the front desk with a “good morning,” and she replied, “what do you want?” Then she gave me a hard time about not paying $1,000 out of pocket for a routine ultrasound when we learned insurance wouldn't cover it. I left feeling more stressed than when I arrived—still in pain.
