This review is for the Inova Juniper Program in general, not for this specific clinic. I have been with the program many years and they used to provide good patient service and cover all post-insurance costs associate to the PrEP visits. However, I recently reach out to them via MyChart regarding the balance shows up on the bill. They simply said it's patient's responsibility on whatever balance on the bill and disabled the function for my to respond back.
