They never pick up the phone calls , always put the phone on hold for the patients I’ve been trying to call them and it keeps saying there’s 3 phone calls ahead of you , that’s so frustrating
They want their patients to die without medication
I have been visiting this Inova Juniper Program for several years for my medication and have been assigned to different providers. Some providers were nice and patient but some just don’t. In my last visit, the provider literally just came in and asked me if I had any questions for them which I didn’t, and they just left in less than a min.
