Perhaps the most unprofessional urgent care location in the area. Staff is ill-trained (if at all), quite rude, inefficient, and indifferent to patients' concerns and needs. The only saving grace is that care providers are actually decent and caring, and they seem to be the only individuals with any actual education. If you have serious illness, recommend seeking care elsewhere, anywhere but here unless it is absolutely necessary. The recent visit I had was on Thursday, 09/17/2026 and I an appt with the a physician at 8:45 am. I had a lice scare ( I work with kids for my job in daycares, schools and homes), so it was very possible. I came in to see if they could help check me, because I wasn't sure, so I did my due diligence to save the bug in a small zip lock to help identify it as I had travel plans the next day.
