The doctors are fine. I guess. Reception refuses to use my legal name. Because they've decided my middle name aligns better with their preconception regarding gender. They also struggle to understand HIPAA. You can get better respect elsewhere.
Good luck getting a hold of anyone....the things I have been through with this place when it comes to scheduling and procedures 🤦♂️🤦♂️
I just tried to schedule an appointment and the receptionist is full of mouth, not able to understand what you are saying and shamelessly disrespectful. She simply wasted time and nothing got scheduled. I'll be looking for another GI doctor.
Since when do you schedule a colon exam without meeting with the doctor first for someone who has uncontrolled hypertension, had a recent stroke, and was recently hospitalized for high blood pressure and another possible stroke? I indicated all this on their questioner form and yet they want to schedule me for a colon exam without meeting with the doctor first! Just completely unacceptable! I'm not doing an exam that requires anesthesia without seeing a doctor first.
